Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more apps support teams.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Provide a holistic view of the production environment for tech and business partners.
• Guide feedback reviews with development managers and ensure issues are tracked to closure.
• Perform incident and problem resolution with escalation as needed.
• Consult with primary clients to understand strategic objectives of users.
• Ensure awareness of audit and compliance issues.
• Contribute to strategies for apps support and stabilisation initiatives.
• Budget and resource planning for the apps support area.
