You will partner with multiple teams to align requirements with enterprise architecture and deploy new products and processes. The role requires 6+ years in apps development or systems analysis, deep programming knowledge in Python and Java, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications.
• Python, Java, cloud technologies, and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to ensure integration of functions and deploy new products/process improvements.
• Resolve high impact problems through analysis of complex business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop knowledge of how architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and innovative solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts; allocate work as needed.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, policies and ethical standards.
