Vice President, Account Management (Remote)


Full-time, United States, Canada



In this role, you will be responsible for managing a major account relationship and achieving the company's goals related to client retention, quality service delivery, client, and BCD Travel profitability, as well as preferred vendor maximization and technology implementation.



As a Vice President, Account Management, you will



  • Be responsible for oversight and direction of team including performance/activity updates with stakeholders

  • Establish multi-level, strategic client relationships and meet client objectives through continuous follow-up

  • Evaluate and analyze the department budget to provide improvement recommendations to the department leadership

  • Review and make recommendations to improve the quality of client business plans

  • Explore opportunities to extend client servicing relationships through (regional or global) expansion

  • Lead or support the negotiation process for the development of Service Level Agreement

  • Determine pricing strategies and develop customer propositions



About you



  • A history inside the corporate travel industry as a leader and account manager

  • Highly effective written, oral and presentation skills

  • Extensive experience with contract management and negotiations

  • Demonstrated skill with corporate travel pricing

  • Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis

  • Thorough knowledge of BCD Travel technology

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Vice President, Account Management is between $140,000 and $185,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
