What You'll Own

  • Build and scale a brand-new global PPC Account Management department from the ground up, focused on exceptional client service, retention, and growth.
  • Own client success strategy, team structure, hiring, training, and execution for Paid Search (Google Ads) account management for SMBs.
  • Lead a team of remote PPC Account Managers and Client Success Specialists, across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Design and implement high-performance client management frameworks, communication protocols, campaign optimization best practices, and client reporting standards.
  • Partner with leadership, sales, marketing, product, and PPC delivery teams to align client growth and retention goals.
  • Oversee tools, tech stack (e.g., CRMs, reporting dashboards, PPC management platforms, project management tools) and real-time client campaign performance monitoring infrastructure.
  • Drive culture: motivate, coach, and uplevel your team's performance in client strategy, communication, and PPC expertise consistently.

  • Have 6+ years of experience leading PPC Account Management or Client Success teams, ideally in a digital marketing agency environment serving SMBs.
  • Must have deep experience managing and optimizing PPC or Paid Media campaigns—Google Ads, campaign strategy, and client reporting are your second language.
  • Built and scaled remote PPC Account Management teams that managed significant monthly ad spend and consistently achieved high client retention, satisfaction, and growth targets.
  • Are obsessed with client performance, strategic account planning, coaching on client communication, performance reporting, and client retention frameworks.
  • Know how to run a high-performance PPC Account Management department—CRM, reporting tools, PPC management platforms (e.g., Google Ads Editor, SA360, Optmyzr), and AI tools for optimization are familiar territory.
  • Are a strategic operator who thrives in execution and knows how to manage across functions to ensure client success.
  • Want your name on the blueprint of a new outbound client success and growth engine.
  • You come from Advertising, Lead Generation companies, or other digital agencies focused on SMBs with a strong PPC offering.
  • You've lived and breathed PPC Account Management and campaign strategy in both individual contributor and leadership roles—this isn't just something you talk about; it's your professional expertise.
  • You love rolling up your sleeves, testing new campaign strategies, building processes, and iterating for better client results.
