Mindoula Health seeks a Vice President of Partner Success & Account Management to lead its Specialty Population Health Management initiatives. This remote role involves building strong health plan partnerships, managing implementation, and leveraging analytics to demonstrate program value, all to ensure growth and success in this rapidly evolving sector.

We deploy tech-enabled teams of case managers, care managers, community health workers, peer support specialists, therapists, and psychiatrists to provide 24/7 support to even the most complex and underserved behavioral health populations.
The Vice President of Partner Success and Account Management will provide support to our fast-growing Specialty Population Health Management business. The right candidate understands what it takes to innovate, deliver strong results, and build lasting relationships with our health plan partners in a rapidly growing program inside a high-growth, venture/PE-backed company. This is a highly visible individual contributor role working alongside the General Manager and other key leaders across the company. The right candidate is a leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in on day one.

Masters degree required; Master of Health Administration (MHA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Deep knowledge of healthcare and managed care administration
Experience working with population health programs with demonstrated outcomes
Experience managing complex relationships with health plans at the most senior levels and an understanding of large medical groups
Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport with clients
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and present solutions to partners, independently or in partnership with the data science team, for more complex analyses
Working knowledge of healthcare claims data to facilitate discussions with partners to ensure all contractually required data is shared on the correct cadence
Working knowledge of virtual healthcare operations
Skill in creating and delivering presentations with and without support
Experience with technology platforms, and understanding stakeholder needs to help with prioritizing development roadmaps
Experience working in a smaller organization and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a matrixed organization
12+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility
