You will manage labor, inventory, and merchandising, promote the membership program, and drive sales while upholding MINISO values. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote MINISO mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution, customer service, merchandising, and operations.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program.
• Oversee labor, inventory, and expense management to drive profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent and provide coaching.
