Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking an Activities Director (Vibrant Living Director) for the Towson community. You will lead a team to provide vibrant social, educational, physical, and spiritual programs, driving resident engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, geriatrics, or related field.
7 years in a high-energy public role, with 3+ in leadership.
Ability to think creatively and influence others.
Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
Experience in event or activities planning, sales, and training.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct associates to deliver vibrant social, physical, educational, and spiritual programs.
Monitor trends in senior living and develop meaningful community programs.
Manage projects and measure resident participation and satisfaction.
