Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents enjoy an active, vibrant life. You will plan and support spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming to keep residents engaged and fulfilled.

The role involves promoting events, assisting in activities such as games, art, singing, and music, and occasionally transporting residents by vehicle (21+). We value creativity, energy, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• You can use talents like singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia.
• You are creative and bring ideas to activities.
• You maintain a positive attitude and bring energy to events.
• An active Driver's license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to help plan and implement programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional areas.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run events like games, painting, singing and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
• May drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events (21+).
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
