Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC seeks a Vibrant Living Director to lead a community toward vibrant living for residents and staff. You will guide social, educational, spiritual and physical programs, aiming to energize residents to live their fullest lives.

You will develop strategies, coordinate multi-site initiatives, and manage projects while measuring participation and satisfaction across the community. A strong background in leadership and senior living is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field supporting vibrant living in a senior environment; marketing, education or geriatrics preferred.
• Seven years in a high-energy public role with three in leadership/supervisory capacity; experience in events, sales or training preferred.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to influence others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Experience in multi-site environments; strong project management.
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web conferencing).
• Knowledge of senior living regulations and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all associates and guarantee delivery of vibrant programs for residents.
• Monitor trends in senior living and support development of robust, varied programs.
• Develop strategies and best practices; manage company-wide initiatives and wellness programs.
• Measure resident participation and satisfaction with efficient tools.
