Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents live active, engaging lives through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.

You will promote events, assist with activities, drive occasionally for transport, and collaborate with teams to create joyful daily experiences. This role offers a dynamic, people-centered environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• You have an active Driver's license in good standing. Healthcare, Hospitality, Activities, Activity Assistant, Event Planning, Life Enrichment,Programming Assistant, Recreation

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents to help plan and implement programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional needs.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run games, painting, singing and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
