Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Director in Rockville, MD to lead a team in delivering vibrant social, educational, and wellness programs for residents. You will coach associates, foster a culture of active living, and guide multi-site initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and participation.

The role requires leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively to influence others.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a field that supports vibrant living in a senior environment; marketing, education or geriatrics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction to associates to ensure delivery of vibrant social, physical, educational and spiritual programs for residents.
• Monitor trends in senior living and develop robust, meaningful programs; share strategies and best practices.
• Project manage company-wide initiatives and wellness programs; implement tools to measure resident participation and satisfaction.
• Serve on Brightview community leadership team and drive a positive, active resident life.
