Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to support residents in leading an active, engaging life. You will plan and implement programs across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional dimensions.

You will promote events, lead activities such as games, music and art, and occasionally drive residents to events. A positive, energetic approach and a genuine love for seniors are essential.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• Use talents like singing, dancing, art, poetry, history or trivia.
• Exercise creativity; the sky is the limit.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Active driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to plan and implement programs across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional dimensions.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities; help organize and run events such as games, art, music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events.
• Help set up and break down events.
