Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field supporting vibrant living.
• Minimum seven years in a high-energy public role with leadership/supervisory experience; event or activities planning, sales or training preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to associates, ensuring high-quality vibrant programs for residents.
• Develop and implement strategies to measure resident participation and satisfaction; manage cross-site initiatives.
