The role focuses on strategy, program execution, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibility for measuring impact and ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, education, geriatrics or related field.
• 7+ years in a high-energy public role; 3+ in leadership.
• Experience in event/activities planning, sales, and/or training.
• Excellent verbal communication; connects with diverse audiences.
• Excellent written communication; professional writing.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Experience in multi-site environments.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all associates and residents to guarantee vibrant social, physical, educational, and spiritual programs.
• Monitor trends in senior living and support development of robust, varied programs.
• Develop strategies, manage projects, and measure resident participation and satisfaction.
