Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents live an active, vibrant life through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.

You will organize and run activities, promote events, and use newsletters and social media to showcase daily fun. A positive attitude and energy are essential, and an active driver’s license may be required for occasional transport.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with residents and learn about them.
• Use creativity in programming and activities planning.
• Maintain a positive attitude and high energy during events.
• Maintain an active driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Get to know Brightview residents to plan and implement programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional needs.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run games, painting, singing, and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• May occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
