Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents live active, vibrant lives by planning and leading engaging programs across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional dimensions.

You will foster connections with residents, organize activities, and promote events while collaborating with a team in a supportive community environment. A valid driver’s license is preferred; some driving may be required.

Qualifications

• Use talents like singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia.
• Exercise creativity—the sky is the limit.

• You have an active Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that will engage and fulfill them.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize and run events such as games, painting, singing, and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• As needed (21+) may drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
