Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents enjoy an active and engaging life through diverse programs and events.

You will connect with residents, plan creative activities, and support daily happenings in the community. The role includes organizing events, promoting programs via newsletters and social media, and occasionally driving residents to events. A valid driver’s license is required, and energy and positivity are essential.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• Talents such as singing, dancing, art, poetry, history, or trivia.
• Exercise your creativity.
• Positive attitude and a lot of energy.
• Active Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Get to know residents to plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities and help organize events such as games, painting, singing, and music.
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events (21 or over).
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
