Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents stay engaged through spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming. You will connect with residents, plan activities, and support daily living in a warm, community-focused environment.

You’ll promote upcoming events, run gatherings such as games, art, music and sing-alongs, and occasionally drive to transport residents.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage residents and learn about them.
• Talent in performing arts or creative activities.
• Creativity and energy to lead activities.
• Positive attitude and high energy levels.
• Valid driver's license for occasional transportation.

Responsibilities

• Know residents to plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming.
• Promote and communicate upcoming events and activities.
• Organize and run activities such as games, painting, singing and music.
• Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase events.
• Occasionally drive company vehicle to transport residents.
• Set up and break down events and activities.
