Job summary

Brightview Senior Living seeks a Vibrant Living Assistant to help residents enjoy an active, vibrant life through engaging programming across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional activities.

You will plan, promote, and run events, support residents in games, arts, and music, and use email or social media to highlight daily activities. A driver’s license is preferred for occasional transport.

Responsibilities

• Get to know the residents of Brightview so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities. Residents love games, painting, singing, and music and we need someone to help organize and run these events!
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!
• Those 21 or over may occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
