Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC is seeking a Vibrant Living Assistant to help our residents live an active, vibrant life. You will plan and run programs across spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional domains, and promote community events.

You will participate in activities, organize events (games, art, music), and share daily highlights via social media and newsletters. Occasional driving of residents to events may be required.

Qualifications

• You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
• We hope you'll use your talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert.
• Exercise your creativity. The sky is the limit!
• You have a positive attitude and a lot of energy.
• You have an active Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming for residents.
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Participate in activities; help organize and run events (games, painting, singing, music).
• Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
