FirstService Residential in Naples, FL seeks a Line Cook to contribute to dining programs and the execution of all aspects of the culinary experience for the property, including daily restaurant operations, catering, and special events. The cook will maintain a clean, organized kitchen and train coworkers as-needed.

The role requires basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and the ability to work in all kitchen positions, while upholding safety, hygiene, and energy throughout service hours.

Responsabilités

• Works with the F&B Supervisor to deliver vibrant menus.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and kitchen meets health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Basic cooking techniques: braising, sautéing, roasting, grilling, recipes, ratios, portion controls.
• Basic knife handling and knowledge of correct knife usage.
• Participates in catering (food and beverage) for functions.
• Active participation in prep and daily kitchen set up.
• Maintain high energy and passion during service hours.
• Strong inventory and production ability in a timely and efficient manner.
• Understand inventory and product controls within culinary guidelines.
• Ability to work in all service types (à la carte, buffet, etc.).
• Maintain a spotless kitchen and proper hygiene.
