Job summary

FirstService Residential in Naples, FL is seeking a Line Cook to support the dining program and execution of culinary experiences for the property, including restaurant, catering and special events. The role focuses on keeping a clean, organized kitchen and training coworkers as needed, while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, with Tuesday through Sunday shifts from 12 PM to 10 PM.

• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact successfully with residents and team.
• Hands-on and able to work any kitchen position.

Responsibilities

• Works with the F&B Supervisor to deliver vibrant menus.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and the kitchen meets health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participates in catering for functions and assists in prep and daily kitchen setup.
• Maintains a high level of energy and passion throughout service hours.
• Strong inventory and production ability, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Understand inventory controls within culinary guidelines and work across service types (à la carte, buffet, etc.).
• Maintain a spotless kitchen and proper hygiene including uniforms and food handling.
