Job summary

Responsibilities

• Works with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver vibrant menus.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and kitchen meets health standards.
• Handle basic cooking techniques and knife skills as directed by the Chef.
• Participates in catering for functions and events.
• Assists in prep and daily kitchen setup.
• Maintain high energy and passion during service hours.
• Manage inventory and production efficiently.
• Work across service types (a la carte, buffet, etc.).
• Maintain a spotless kitchen and proper hygiene.
