Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Cook to assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in delivering the dining program across daily operations, catering, and events. You will maintain a clean kitchen, train co-workers, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards at the Florida property.

The role requires willingness to work nights and weekends, strong culinary knowledge, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Full-time benefits and travel for training may apply.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and team to deliver vibrant menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and supervise others as needed.
• Support catering events and function planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to FirstService Residential standards and SOPs.
• Participate in training co-workers as needed.
