The role requires an active AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician certification and a commitment to maintaining clinical skills while building new ones.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on clinical training across Midtown and Downtown hospitals.
• Collaborate with Training Coordinators to develop innovative programs.
• Coach associates at every career stage, from new hires to experienced staff.
• Align with local teams to build flexible schedules, including limited remote work.
• Design and deliver CE for partner hospitals and the local referring community.
• Implement BluePearl medical quality guidelines into training curricula.
