Qualifications

• Demonstrated capacity to deliver effective training.
• Previous supervisory capacity or background in education preferred.
• Ability to document participation and results.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate staff training for technicians and assistants within hospital(s).
• Maintain proficiency of department competencies and scheduling as an active Veterinary Technician.
• Ensure staff has adequate continuing education.
• Implement new training programs and company-wide training as needed.
• Document training status and provide written reports and updates to management.
