Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Manhattan is seeking a Veterinary Technician Trainer to support our Midtown and Downtown hospitals, providing hands-on clinical training and development.

You will collaborate with Training Coordinators to build innovative programs while coaching associates at every career stage, from new hires to current and experienced staff. The role offers a flexible schedule with potential limited remote work and cross-hospital impact.

Qualifications

• Maintain RVT/LVT/CVT in accordance with state laws.
• High School Diploma required.
• Possession of Vet Technician skill level III or greater required.
• Previous BluePearl technician experience (IV/VTS) preferred.
• Demonstrated capacity to deliver effective training; supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new, company-wide training programs.
• Collaborate with local medical directors, practice managers, and nursing leaders to identify training needs, build training plans, and execute events such as hands-on labs and CE.
• Support a variety of specialties and locations across the market.
• Maintain and elevate clinical skills by training side-by-side with teams.
