BluePearl Pet Hospital in Spring, TX is seeking a motivated Veterinary Technician Trainer to join our emergency and specialty care team. The role involves delivering on‑site staff training, maintaining competency across Veterinary Technician levels, and collaborating with leadership on training programs.

Ideal candidates are RVT/LVT/CVT licensed with prior experience in training or education and a passion for elevating patient care through staff development.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in accordance with state laws.
• Previous experience delivering staff training preferred.
• Demonstrated capacity to provide effective training and education.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate staff training for technicians and assistants within assigned hospital(s).
• Maintain proficiency in department/level competencies as an active Veterinary Technician.
• Document training participation and results; provide written reports to management.
