The Trainer will support the training of Technicians and Assistants while providing remarkable nursing care for pets. This position is pivotal in maintaining proficiency and implementing new global training programs.

The ideal candidate will have RVT/LVT/CVT certification and the ability to deliver effective training while expanding their career at BluePearl.

Qualifications

• Must maintain RVT/LVT/CVT as per state laws.
• Previous experience as a BluePearl Veterinary Technician preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training.
• Background in education is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training for Technicians and Assistants.
• Document staff training status and results.
• Implement new training programs as needed.
• Elevate patient care through education.
