Responsibilities

• Mentor lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs and escalate when necessary.
• Organize tech and assistant meetings with hospital leadership.
• Schedule training for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts and seek resolution.
• Provide feedback to leadership and help develop performance improvement plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
