Small Door Veterinary is seeking a Veterinary Technician Recruiter to grow our technical talent across markets. You will partner with clinics, universities, and industry groups to build lasting relationships with veterinary technicians and other roles, planning for new openings and maintaining a proactive pipeline.

You will own the full hiring process from outreach to offer, travel to clinics, and represent a data-driven approach to pipeline health and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).
• Experience recruiting scarce, passive clinical talent and keeping candidates engaged.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Bachelor’s degree required; ability to travel up to 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Be the main recruiting partner for veterinary technicians in your assigned markets.
• Own the full hiring process from first outreach to offer letter.
• Reach passive candidates through direct outreach and industry networking.
• Coordinate on-site interviews and prep with clinic leaders.
• Maintain an always-open pipeline and engage veterinary communities.
• Partner with field leaders to forecast needs and skills required.
