Small Door Veterinary is seeking a Veterinary Technician Recruiter to partner with clinics across markets, building lasting relationships with veterinary technicians and the vet community. You will shape hiring plans for openings and plan outreach while maintaining candidate enthusiasm.

The role emphasizes travel to priority markets, data-driven pipeline management, and collaboration with field leaders to forecast hiring needs while preserving quality and culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).
• Track record of recruiting scarce, passive clinical talent and keeping candidates engaged over long timelines.
• Solid sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the main recruiting partner for veterinary technicians in assigned markets; travel to clinics and priority markets.
• Own the full hiring process from first outreach to offer letter.
• Coordinate on-site interviews and prepare clinic leaders ahead of time.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline 3–6 months before openings and keep records up to date.
