Job summary

Antech is seeking a Customer Support Technical Support Specialist in Loveland, CO to deliver empathetic, comprehensive support for the in-house diagnostics portfolio via phone, email, and chat. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, after-hours support, and ongoing product knowledge.

Required are an associate degree in veterinary technology or related field and at least 2 years in a veterinary setting; certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Veterinary Technology or related field preferred.
• Certification/Licensure/Registration in Veterinary Technology preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in animal hospital or related setting required.
• Experience with veterinary diagnostic equipment (in-clinic lab, radiology) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer problems via telephone, chat, and email; troubleshoot and facilitate remote repair of equipment or response to inquiries.
• Train and educate customers on proper use of equipment and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software integration issues.
• Provide first-class customer service and thorough documentation in CRM.
• Provide on-call / after-hours support on a rotating basis.
• Collaborate with team to analyze trends and resolve issues.
