Elanco VT team seeks a Veterinary Technician to provide remote technical support for the US Pet Health portfolio, including parasiticides, therapeutics, and biologics. You will handle ADEs and PQCs with clinical accuracy, maintaining product knowledge and regulatory alignment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years clinical veterinary experience, and RVT/LVT/CVT licensure. Remote role in CST zone with some travel, relocation options available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Two years of clinical experience as a veterinary technician.
• RVT/LVT/CVT licensure in at least one U.S. state.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer availability via telephone, maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Investigate and record detailed information regarding potential ADEs and PQCs.
• Maintain a high level of technical proficiency in Elanco products and veterinary technician standards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements and deadlines for product support investigations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers to deliver solutions and support.
