Job summary

Antech Diagnostics, Inc. in Loveland, CO seeks a Customer Support Technical Support Specialist to assist clients with in-house diagnostics (IHD). You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, guiding customers through equipment and software usage and ensuring high-quality service.

The role requires an Associates degree in Veterinary Technology or related field, plus 2+ years in a veterinary setting. Hybrid work is available with opportunities to travel for demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Veterinary Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in animal hospital or related setting.
• Certification/Licensure/Registration in Veterinary Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolves customer problems via telephone, chat, and email.
• Trains and educates customers on equipment and software use.
• Troubleshoots software integration issues and provides first-class service.
• Documents all customer interactions in CRM with clear notes and history.
• Provides on-call / after-hours support on a rotating basis.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge through workshops and trainings.
