Job summary

Antech is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to remotely troubleshoot digital radiography hardware and related software for Sound’s veterinary customers. You will analyze complex issues, document steps, and guide customers through solutions with a methodical approach, while maintaining accurate case records.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to work across Windows OS, PACS, and medical imaging tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Technical certifications (MCSE, MCP, A+ or similar) are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years troubleshooting software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and identify root cause through detailed questioning and analysis.
• Document steps to reproduce accurately in CRM tickets.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across Sound veterinary products.
• Coordinate with vendors for RMAs and warranty repairs.
• Maintain thorough case management and clear notes.
