Antech Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to remotely troubleshoot digital radiography hardware and related software for veterinary customers.

You will analyze issues, document steps, and guide customers through solutions while maintaining strong ticketing practices. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in software/hardware troubleshooting, solid PC skills, and experience with CRM systems; a technical degree and certifications are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Technical certifications a plus (MCSE, MCP, or A+).
• 2 years troubleshooting software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and identify root cause through analysis.
• Document steps to reproduce accurately.
• Support Sound products for veterinary professionals.
