Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a DVM Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for veterinarians across partner hospitals, collaborating with regional leaders to develop recruiting plans and manage the lifecycle of hires.

The role requires hands-on veterinary recruiting experience and strong relationship-building, with proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, referrals, and conferences, and delivering a personalized candidate experience throughout the process.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience including veterinary recruiting.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills with multiple openings management.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; Greenhouse preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with regional leaders to develop recruiting plans and manage the recruitment lifecycle.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and conferences.
• Provide personalized candidate experience and guide hiring partners through the process.
