Qualifications

• Veterinary experience required; surgical or specialty experience preferred.
• Veterinary Technician or Assistant background preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate, client-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgical consultations, procedures, and scheduling.
• Communicate with clients about treatment plans, estimates, medications, and post-op care.
• Prepare discharge instructions, medications, and medical records.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and the surgical team.
• Provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the patient journey.
