Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care (PVESC) in Falmouth, Maine, is seeking a Veterinary Coordinator - Internal Medicine to join our newly built 42,000-square-foot hospital. This full-time role focuses on coordinating client communication, managing patient records, and supporting internal medicine procedures.

You will work with veterinarians, technicians, and referring clinics to ensure timely care, accurate documentation, and a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Veterinary experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to review patient records and identify urgent concerns.
• Experience auditing records, reports, charges, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Keep communication flowing between clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and technicians.

PVESC is looking for an Internal Medicine Client Coordinator to join our team in our newly built 42,000-square-foot emergency and specialty hospital in Falmouth, Maine.

Bring your veterinary experience, organization skills, and positive energy and help us make this exciting new chapter at PVESC something special.

What you'll do:

• Keep communication flowing between clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and technicians
• Review patient records and help identify urgent concerns
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information
• Audit records, referral reports, charges, and diagnostics
• Become a go-to resource for Internal Medicine procedures and protocols

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm
• $22-$34/hour based on experience and licensure
• Sign on bonus potential based on experience and licensure
