Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Shift Lead to perform duties of a CSC and veterinary assistant while providing leadership across shifts. You will help coordinate paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership to maximize productivity and client service.

Work closely with Practice Manager and COS to ensure clear communication with clients, staff, and leadership. The role balances leadership (~20%) with paraprofessional duties (~80%), including client education, medical record
