Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to deliver exceptional client and patient experiences. You will support practice leadership and help drive productivity and profitability while ensuring top-quality care and service.

The role includes supervising the team, coordinating client services, and stepping in as a Veterinary Assistant when needed. A strong focus on the Five Principles and client education is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of two years veterinary hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while assisting the Practice Manager and COS.
• Assist in guiding the team to maximize productivity and profitability of the hospital.
• Perform duties of Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.
