Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Shift Lead to drive exceptional client and patient experiences while supporting the Practice Manager and Chief of Staff. This role will involve guiding the team to maximize hospital productivity and profitability, and stepping in as Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and a minimum of two years veterinary hospital experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise a team and ensure quality patient care.
• Ability to follow Banfield protocols and maintain a productive hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to maximize productivity and hospital profitability.
• Provide exceptional client and pet experiences while supporting the Practice Manager and COS.
• Supervise daily operations and perform Client Services Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant duties as needed.
