Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Implementation Specialist based in the United States. You will lead onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and technical requirements to launch veterinary partnerships.

You will train hospital teams, align with Hospital Success, Engineering, Support, Product, and vendors, ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to ongoing support and helping drive scalable launches.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS implementation, operations, or project management; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Able to train and coach client-facing teams and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital implementations from kickoff through go-live and manage timelines, deliverables, milestones, and launch coordination.
• Co-lead onboarding projects with Hospital Success Managers for a seamless implementation experience.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions for veterinary hospital teams and care-plan workflows.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, resources, communications, readiness checkpoints, and stakeholder alignment.
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and hospital staff to address dependencies and secure sign-offs.
• Support smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support and success after launch.
• Capture post-launch feedback to improve implementation processes.
