Job summary

PetDesk is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead onboarding and configuration for new veterinary clinic customers. The role focuses on a consultative, customer-success approach, guiding clients through kickoff, requirements gathering, configuration, go-live, and early adoption.

You will analyze customer needs, train users on PetDesk features, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure value realization and excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably software implementation or customer success
• Ability to learn software quickly and explain concepts clearly
• Familiarity with CRM/SaaS tools is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French required
• German is a plus but not required
• Experience with veterinary SaaS or pet-care industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and adoption
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate customers on PetDesk features
• Analyze customer requirements and troubleshoot issues in backend systems
• Build strong relationships and guide customers through change management
• Collaborate with Product Support, Sales, and CS to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and generate progress reports
• Manage a portfolio of 30–40 concurrent projects with multiple daily meetings
