Job summary

Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to serve as the primary strategic marketing partner for a portfolio of 35+ veterinary hospitals, guiding growth plans and coordinating cross-functional execution with practice and Operations leaders.

You will translate performance data into actionable recommendations, develop tailored growth strategies, manage high-touch partner relationships, and drive visit growth, new client acquisition and retention across the JV portfolio.

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing, account management, business consulting, client success, or a related field.
2+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media).
Experience developing and executing marketing strategies for multi-location healthcare or veterinary organizations preferred.
Remote option available, some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary strategic marketing partner for a portfolio of 35+ veterinary hospitals.
Lead high-touch partner relationships with a high level of responsiveness and guidance.
Develop tailored growth plans based on practice goals, performance, and local market opportunities.
Identify opportunities to increase visits, acquire new clients and improve retention through marketing and digital channels.
Translate performance data into clear recommendations, priorities and measurable action plans.
Collaborate with hospital teams and vendors to move initiatives from strategy to measurement.
Monitor and optimize ROI and key performance metrics across the portfolio.
