Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior customer service or route-based experience preferred.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Review daily routes, load equipment, and verify items before departure.
• Visit veterinary clinics, build strong professional relationships, follow clinic procedures.
• Retrieve deceased pets respectfully, often from chest freezers.
• Use company tech to scan pets at pickup and delivery; verify names and IDs.
• Document requests and complete follow-through; maintain accuracy and accountability.
• Interact with pet parents with compassion and professionalism.
• Unload and properly document pets at the Care Center and hand off to Operations.
• Maintain vehicle, equipment, and uniform cleanliness and professionalism.
• Identify service opportunities and refer leads to Business Development.
