Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Veterinary Route Service Specialist to serve veterinary clinics along a demanding route, handling pets with dignity and care.

You will act as the primary field representative, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and professionalism in every pickup and delivery. The role requires building trusted relationships, working independently, and managing emotional, physical, and logistical challenges on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, account management, or route-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong clinic relationships.
• Ensure pets are handled and transported with dignity.
• Execute pickups and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Double-check names, IDs and instructions using company tech.
• Document requests and follow through on tasks.
• Interact with pet parents with compassion and professionalism.
• Unload and rehome pets at Care Center with proper documentation.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Provide clinics with information on services and options.
