Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service or route-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review routes, load equipment, and verify items before departure.
• Visit clinics, build relationships, follow clinic procedures.
• Retrieve deceased pets respectfully in various environments.
• Use company tech to scan pets; verify names, IDs, instructions.
• Document requests and complete follow-through.
• Interact with pet parents with compassion and professionalism.
• Return to Care Center to unload, place pets, scan, and hand off.
• Maintain responsibility for each pet until received and documented.
• Act as primary clinic contact, address questions promptly.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate service and gather feedback.
• Complete stops on time; anticipate clinic needs; follow safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle/equipment/uniform.
• Support basic account-related tasks; distribute materials.
• Suggest service opportunities to Business Development.
