West Loop Veterinary Care - Streeterville is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our AAHA-accredited hospital in Chicago. You will greet clients, check patients in/out, manage appointments, and support the veterinary team while maintaining a professional front desk.

The role offers an hourly wage of $18.75 to $20.75, evening and weekend flexibility, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401K with match, paid time off, and pet care

West Loop Veterinary - Streeterville seeks a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our hospital. You will be instrumental in ensuring positive client experiences, coordinating patient care, managing electronic medical records, and supporting our veterinary team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will share the passion for our mission of providing exceptional medical care to our patients and excellent service to our clients.

This is a full-time position; $18.75 - $20.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service and coordinate patient care
